Bathroom updates
The bathroom has been refurbished. Or it wil be very soon. Here is my new colour concept:

Since the camera fish-eye lens did not quite work for the scene - as my tutor pointed out everything would be too ‘wibbly wobbly’ - so I deformed the room producing a similar distortion effect. I also added some more items in the room like a towel, loo roll and a door. Back to weighting the boy then…

I’m curious to see how the watercolour-textured backgrounds will turn out in the final piece. I find it really appealing, like in your Petrified cartoon. I know you will make it look as you intended. You did with Dreamcatching. The colours looked like pastels.
Also, your octopus is awesome! The textures seem to work out well on that one.

I really like the colour mood in 2D. would love to see how you;re going to translate that.

I do want to keep the 2D mood so i will be working on that but at the moment animation comes first. Hand-in is early September so you can see the end result - whatever that is - soon!
